    Hello,
this problem indicates problems within the ThinPrint protocol on the TCP/IP transport layer.
Are there any known network problems?

    Hi,

I am also getting this error using intermate boxes in a Windows 2003 64 bit environment with Citrix 4.5 and Thinprint 7.6. Has anyone got anywhere with this? I ahve noticed some error messages in the intermate box logs as well such as:-

TP Session #1: Having problem getting TP packet header.

    and

TP Session #18: WARNUNG: Could not find PrinterName. Using Default printer.
