Receive error "Could not start license manager" when installing

When installing thinprint RDP Engine the installer pops up and tells us to get ready to enter our license number.  We click OK and then instead of asking for our license number the installer pops up with an error that says:

"Could not start the license manager!  Installation aborted."

We click OK on the error and install installation aborts.

I don't know if this matters or not, but we had previously installed TPEnginex64, realized we needed TPRDP70x64 instead so we uninstalled TPEnginex64 and rebooted.  Now we get the error listed above when trying to install the RDP Engine.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Receive error "Could not start license manager" when installing

Figured it out.  I was able to manually start the license manager (.exe file is included along with main install file) and add the license.  However the install still errored out with an error about a locked file.

I used process explorer to find the process using the locked file and kill the process, and then I was able to complete the install.
