Unable to install 7.6 in Wondows 2003 environment

    Hi,
I'm trying to install the .print client (version 7.6) on my 2003 server, it's running service pack 2 and when I get to the point to enter a license I get stuck.  I get a windows stating:
    Please have your license(s) ready.
Close the License Manager after you have entered the required license(s).

I click okay here and it brings me to the license manager, I've entered both the orignal Iicense I was sent to use and a second license I was given.  When I close the license manager I'm returned to that same message to have my licenses ready and if I hit cancel it aborts the install.  I've confirmed the licenses are valid and they are both listed in the license manager so it has saved both licenses which are good for a month.  At this point I'm at a loss for what to do.  Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Matt

    Hello Matt,

please be sure that you are about to install the right .print Engine and that you have the appropriate key . If you are about to install a .print Application Server Engine, your License key should begin with THPR-0388 (Server based licensing) or TPPR-0388 (user based). For an installation of .print Print Server Engine you will need a THPS-0388 or TPPS-0388 as well as at least one THSA (server based) or TPUS (user based). Unless you haven't entered the appropriate licenses to your product the license manager will pop up again and again.

    Regards, Rick
