    ThinPrint AutoConnect issues

    The description for Event ID ( 1002 ) in Source ( ThinPrint AutoConnect ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: ThinPrint AutoConnect User Agent, Copyright (c) 1999-2010 ThinPrint AG, 8.0.586.1

    Can't connect to virtual channel (1).

    Try .print Client on 172.16.29.58:4000.

    No suitable client protocol found.

    No printer selected in .print Client.

     
    This happens on two servers on a daily basis, however if I restart the Auto connect service all is fine ??? The Citrix servers reboot each night without errors I also have session printers which work fine???

    Hi,


    This message appears if someone connects to the server which has either no ThinPrint Client installed or the client does not start when establishing the terminal session. This just tells you that no client was found.
