How to generate a license file

Hello, I have many Citrix Servers (windows 2003) with thinprint installed. Each Server has a valid thinprint license key but I don’t have a file with the license key for the activation. Is there a way to generate one? thanks kai

TP Output gateway not showing up under "printers" when logged in as non-admin

I am a local administrator on my local machine. When connecting to RDP and logging in to the remote server as a regular user, I do not see the tp output gateway.
