How to generate a license file

Hello, I have many Citrix Servers (windows 2003) with thinprint installed. Each Server has a valid thinprint license key but I don’t have a file with the license key for the activation. Is there a way to generate one? thanks kai

TP Output gateway not showing up under "printers" when logged in as non-admin

I am a local administrator on my local machine. When connecting to RDP and logging in to the remote server as a regular user, I do not see the tp output gateway. If I log in as a user who is an administrator of the windows terminal server, I am able to see the thinprint output gateway. please advise...

Problem: Xerox phaser and .print7

Thin Print Only printing 1 job at a time on Cluster Node

We are running TP 7.6 on a print cluster containing 4 nodes and 3 print spoolers on Win2003 R2.
