Thinprint licensing on Provisioned Xenapp servers

Can I use Thinprint .print Application Server or autoconnect with .print Server on Citrix XenApp servers that are deployed using Citrix Provisioning Server? Currently, when we deploy or redeploy new images, Thinprint is not part of the base image since each server has it's own registration code....
