error on the client: " Thinprint view no pages found "

Hello, we are using thinprint engine 7 on a MS server 2003. On the server it works fine. We all connect with RDP One location we got a problem: We are using .printclient v7.0.619.9 on HP compaq T5730 t hinclients with windows xp embedded and connected with a RICOH Afico MP C2500 multi functional printer...

.Print client icon(s)

When a connection is made to a second Citrix Farm or RDP session the .Print client launches a separate icon in the task bar, is there a way to limit it to only one? Thanks in advance Darren.
